The staff was exceptionally helpful, ensuring a smooth transition to a non-smoking room. The breakfast offered a delicious mix of American and Japanese cuisine that was a great start to my day. However, the parking situation was inconvenient, lacking the promised private parking and making it necessary to use public parking further away.

The Japanese-style buffet breakfast featured traditional Marche products, which were delicious and plentiful. The Deluxe Twin Room with our family of four was spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably together. However, the self-service laundry was not as clean as expected, and the hallways seemed a bit dated. Additionally, the parking situation was inconvenient, making it challenging at times to find a spot nearby.
